A secretary at the Ministry of Energy is standing trial before an Accra Circuit for allegedly having illegal access to ADB Bank’s ATM and withdrew a sum of GH287,775 in the process.
The court will resume proceedings on the case on Tuesday, 5th September, 2023. Details of the case available at the courts gave information on how the accused carried out her actions. She is an account holder of the Ridge branch of ADB.

According to facts of the case, she went to the ATMs in Accra between November, 2022 and June, 2023. During these periods, she withdrew between GH2,000 and GH6,000, but her luck eluded her on June 15th where he ATM Card was blocked after a tip off by one Mr. Solomon Inusah.
She was however arrested after she complained of her ATM Card been blocked.
