Job Role: Engagement Lead – Innovative Education Initiative in Ghana
Location: Accra, Ghana (with frequent travel to other districts/cities for school and partner visits)
Position Title: Engagement Lead
Duration: 2-year contract (extendable based on performance)

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated Engagement Lead to drive collaboration and progress within this groundbreaking initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engagement efforts with key stakeholders including governmental bodies, local communities, schools, and partners to ensure the success of the SDG Outcomes initiative.
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with program objectives to enhance educational outcomes for children.
- Facilitate regular visits to schools and districts, promoting collaboration and gathering valuable insights to inform program enhancements.
- Oversee the implementation of accelerated learning and school improvement programs across designated districts.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team and among partners.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, International Development, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in educational project management, stakeholder engagement, and community collaboration.
- Strong dedication to education and sustainable social impact.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in international development, particularly within education programs, is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to diverse cultural contexts and work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
- Proficiency in English; familiarity with local languages is beneficial.
