April 2025 Salary Updates: ESPV Voucher Released, Arrears Paid & 10% Increment Rumours
Good news for public sector workers! The Controller and Accountant General’s Department (CAGD) has officially released the ESPV voucher for April 2025 salaries, moving payments one step closer.
Key Updates:
✅ Arrears Paid – As we reported earlier, outstanding arrears have been credited to public sector.
✅ Validation in Progress – The salary validation process is expected to run for 72 hours, barring any last-minute changes from the Controller. This means validation should conclude by Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.
✅ Expected Payment Date – If all goes smoothly, salaries should start reflecting in accounts from Thursday
What About the 10% Salary Increment Rumours?
There have been rumours that the 10% salary adjustment for public sector workers will not be reflected, and the arrears have not been paid. We can confirm that arrears have been paid for January, February, and March.
