Update on April 2025 Salary Payments and Validation
Many public sector employees have inquired about the release of the April 2025 validation and the expected payment date for salaries.
According to the Controller and Accountant-General’s payment schedule for 2025, April salaries were initially projected to be paid on Wednesday, 23rd April. However, due to delays in the validation process, which is now expected to commence on Sunday, 19th April, or Monday, 20th April—the salary disbursement may not proceed as originally scheduled. These delays may be attributed to the implementation of the 10% salary increment and other administrative factors.
Regarding the 10% salary adjustment and arrears, available information confirms that the increment has taken effect, and the corresponding arrears have already been processed and paid.
