The Controller and Accountant General’s Department (CAGD) has opened the ESPV Payment voucher for the month of February, 2024. This will allow validators to take actions for staff on their payment voucher to be paid.
The portal being opened earlier than expected means salaries would be paid next week if all processes are carried out successfully. Is it good news or bad news when salaries are paid early?
