The Controller and Accountant-General’s Department (CAGD) has released the payment voucher for the November salary validation exercise for all government institutions under the Government of Ghana payroll.
According to the notice issued by the department, the validation window for November is now open, and all validators, heads of management units, and Human Resource officers are advised to log into the payroll system to complete the process as early as possible.

CAGD emphasizes that the validation exercise will close strictly at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
No late submissions will be accepted, and validators are urged to avoid last-minute delays to prevent system congestion and processing errors. We do not however cannot state the exact date salaries would be paid but per CAGD Payment schedule for 2025, Salaries are to be paid on Monday, 24th November, 2025.
