Job Purpose
 1. Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of IT integration projects. Accountability includes building the project plan, coordinating resources to deliver the project the plan to completion, and evaluating the success: on-time delivery, expense management, and customer satisfaction.
2. Engage and collaborate directly with product and portfolio managers and cross-functional teams to obtain and drive clear alignment, focus, and overall support for prioritized integrations.
3. Deliver solutions on time and to specification, whilst providing exceptional experience through excellent communication, superior product knowledge, ability to see things from our affiliates or client perspective, and project management discipline.
4. Handle varied workloads and prioritize effectively.
5. A technical mindset with a good understanding of electronic banking projects (e.g., connectivity, security, file formats, testing, etc.)
6. Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs in order to prioritize projects in line with the organizational strategy.
7. This individual must be very organized, detailed oriented with the ability to plan, multitask and re-shift priorities regularly.

Key Responsibilities
1 Manage the delivery of complex integrations impacting multiple affiliates, multiple technology landscapes and involving multiple partners (Fintechs, Telcos, Aggregators, Regulators etc.) within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
2 Manage multiple projects concurrently and through the entire life cycle, including software development, security assessment, system and user acceptance testing, deployment, and pilot testing, while collaborating with internal and external teams
3 Provide leadership for the successful delivery of integration projects by providing guidance to integration project teams, building and motivating project team members to adhere to responsibilities to meet project goals.
4 Provide guidance to project teams by having a good understanding of typical integration technologies and the Software Development Life Cycle, for effective decision making in Integration projects.
5 Act as a liaison between the Business, Operations and Technology departments and external Partners, to drive projects or programs to successful implementation
6 Work with cross-functional resources needed to build the plan for the project; define the business, control, and operational milestones and/or tasks, lead times, and dependencies
7 Build and ensure excellent working relationships with stakeholders across the business, operations, and technology departments to enable effective and smooth delivery of integration projects

Skills and Capabilities
1. 7-11 years of experience in IT Project Management; experience managing integrations is a plus
2. Ability to simplify complex IT information and deliver clear, focused messages to a variety of audiences under tight timeframes.
3. Previous track record demonstrating ownership of multiple successful strategic projects
4. Excellent experience in SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies
5. Ability to manage a project team and work independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced, changing environment – excellent prioritization skills a must
6. Able to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines and lead and influence in a highly matrixed and rapidly changing environment
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimum direction and management oversight
8. Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals
9. Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining, and conveying impact on budget, time, and risk
10.  Strong leadership and customer relationship skills, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence with all levels of the organization
11. Confident individual that communicates with passion and authority.
12. Excellent communication skills – must be able to effectively communicate with C-Suite, employees across business functions, and with representatives from external Partners.
13. Self-starter – comfortable in high velocity, time-sensitive and highly visible executive management business situations
14. Passionate about innovation and knowledgeable about evolving retail and financial space, tools, and experiences
15. Results / task oriented with excellent attention to detail / high level of accuracy
16.  Ability to formulate clear and concise executive “messages” to internal and external audiences from complex topics
17. Extremely pro-active, anticipating needs and staying out ahead of them; ability to multi-task
18. Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis
19. Proficient in MS Office applications, MS Project, VISIO, Adobe Acrobat Professional
20. Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics

Education
1. Bachelor’s / University Degree. A Master’s degree is a plus.
2. PMP Certification is a must.
3. Agile Certification is a must
