INTERNSHIP PURPOSE
The Creation Africa Ghana program aims to support Ghanaian entrepreneurs in the field of cultural and creative industries, from the beginning of their journey to the incubation and development phase.
Under the authority of the Director of Institut Français Ghana (IF Ghana) and Head of Cooperation and Cultural Department of the French Embassy (COCAC), and under the supervision of the project coordinator, the intern will contribute to (not limited to) :
– Identify key actors in the cultural and creative industries (CCI) in Ghana and develop partnerships.
– Participate in the organization of events and workshops aimed at stimulating collaboration and idea exchange within the sector.
– Coordinate travel arrangements for delegations to international festivals and forums.
– Monitor the progress of various projects under the Creation Africa Ghana program.
– Collaborate with the team at the Ambassade de France to develop and implement communication and visibility strategies for the project.
REQUIRED PROFILE
– Higher education: Bachelor’s degree.
– Proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written.
– Essential writing skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, desktop publishing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign…), and video editing.
– Excellent knowledge of social networks and the conventions of each platform.
– Organizational and communication skills.
– Teamwork, precision, autonomy, synthesis skills, and confidentiality.
– Experience and affinity with the cultural and creative industries sector
CONDITIONS
6 months internship – Full-time
Monthly compensation (€600/month).
