• RSV/NIV Bible/Quran and Hymn Book for Christians (School Specified)

• Valid NHIS Card
• National Id Card (Ghana Card If Any)
• Two Passport Size Pictures
• Photocopy Of Birth Certificate /Baptismal Certificate If Required By School
