The new update and features of the ECG Power App released by the Electricity Company of Ghana now allows customers to check and moderate their estimated consumption for a particular period both in Kilowatt per hour (kWh) and in Ghana Cedis.
It also gives customers the opportunity to track how much power that is being used on their meter, which include the opening balance for the month, the total consumption , total payments and the outstanding bills to pay.
- Log on to the Power App on your Android device or Apple device
- Navigate to Meters, and choose the meter that you added for your account.
- It will display an arrow indicating your estimated consumption for the month in Ghana Cedis or Kilowatt Per Hour.
This helps you to regulate the rate of your energy consumption to save cost.
