Are you tired of visiting the ECG Office to pay your bills?
Follow these steps to easily pay you bills at the comfort of your home.
- Dial *226# from your Phone
- Enter Option 1 (Pay Prepaid/Postpaid)
- Select Add Meter
- Enter Option 2 (Post Paid)
- Enter the Postpaid Account Number of Your Meter
- You would be asked to Confirm the details of the Meter which include Your Meter Name
- Proceed with Option 1.
- Redial *226#
- Select Option 1
- The list of meters you added appears with the Name and Number
- Enter the amount your want to Pay.
- Select Your Mobile Money Number
- Confirm your transaction with Option 1
- Enter your MOMO PIN on pop up screen or Go to your My Wallets and Select Approvals to Finish you transactions.
