You may have mistakenly recharge your MTN Number with GHS200.00 instead of GHS20.00, you however wish to reverse the transaction. These are the simple steps to follow to get it done.
1. Dial *170# on you Phone
2. Select Option 6 (My Wallet)
3. You then have to Choose Option 7 (Airtime)
4. Your recent airtime transaction will appear.
(Please not however that, you cannot reverse the airtime to Mobile Money after using the airtime for calls or any data bundle)
5. Select the transaction that pops up.
6. Click on it and Select.
MTN will reverse the airtime as Mobile Money with a message to confirm the transactions.
