DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing customer data to drive sales and revenue growth. This role involves gathering, processing, and interpreting data related to customer acquisition efforts, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize sales strategies. Key Responsibilities include Data Analysis, Campaign Evaluation, Customer Segmentation, Reporting and Visualization and Data Quality and maintenance
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
*Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics/Science, Information Communication and Technology, Computer Science/Statistics, or a related field.
* Proficiency in advanced Excel, Power Point Presentation.
*Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization tools).
*Proficiency in Power BI and Python/VBA.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
