La Community Bank Ltd seeks to employ suitably qualified persons for the position of: Sales and Marketing Officers
Duties and Responsibilities
• Create awareness of the bank’s products and services
• Ensure that personal sale targets are met
• Maintain relationships with customers by making regular visits, understanding their needs and predicting new marketing possibilities
• Implement marketing strategies
• Organise and attend marketing activities or events raise brand awareness
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of a first degree in Marketing or similar field from a recognized university with at least 3 years of experience as Marketing Officer or similar role preferably in a financial institution
Knowledge and Skills
• Proven experience as Marketing Officer or similar role
• Good knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
• Good knowledge of credit management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suites
• Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
• Excellent organisational and very good interpersonal skills
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• A team player with customer-oriented approach
