Overview

The Relationship Officer is responsible for handle the concerns of the people who purchase our company’s products or services. The role involves rectifying issues experienced by customers as well as working to improve the organization’s overall customer satisfaction ratings.

Responsibilities

  • Support potential clients during the on-boarding and registration process
  • Respond to queries, complaints and requests from customers
  • Build positive relationships with customers through regular contact
  • Maintain records of all contact with customers using CRM system
  • Submit monthly customer service reports
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of company products and services
  • Liaise with other departments to facilitate a smooth customer journey for successful sales and customer journey
  • Undertake other duties as required to assist in the smooth running of the business

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities

  • Have a minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Humanities, or a related field
  • Have at 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Be organized and able to prioritize your workload
  • Be able to think on your feet and respond to customer demands and solve problems
  • Be tech-savvy
