Due to changes in the West African Senior School Certificate Examinations (WASSCE), Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology has rescheduled the resumption date for the 2023/2024 Academic Year.
The 2023 WASSCE as announced by the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) will take place later than the usual dates. Processing and the release of the WASSCE results are important to the admissions process at KNUST.
2023/2024 Academic Year at KUNST is therefore expected to begin in January, 2024. This is to ensure smooth admission processes for incoming prospective students. The new timetable is however yet to be communicated by Management.
Management of KNUST has admonished students to however take advantage of the break and prepare themselves for the next academic year.
