Job Description: Sales Intern

As a Sales Intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients’ successful integration and adoption of our software solutions.
Position Summary:
You will work closely with the sales team to assist in the smooth and efficient onboarding of new clients to the software. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive training, technical support, and guidance during the initial setup phase to help clients maximize the benefits of our software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process of new clients by understanding their specific requirements and tailoring the implementation of our software to suit their needs.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions, both virtual and in-person, to guide clients through the software features and functionalities, ensuring they have a clear understanding of its capabilities.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Provide timely and effective technical support to clients during the onboarding phase, addressing and resolving any issues or questions that may arise.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and best practices, to aid clients in utilizing the software effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Success and Implementation teams to share client feedback, identify common pain points, and suggest improvements to enhance the onboarding experience.
- Client Communication: Keep clients informed about the onboarding progress, milestones, and timelines, fostering a positive and proactive relationship.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and insights on their onboarding experience to continuously improve the onboarding process and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and features of our dispatch and fleet management software to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
Requirements:
- Enrolled in a relevant degree program
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing excellent service.
- Technical aptitude and a quick learner.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
Duration and Compensation:
This is a paid internship position with a duration of 6 months. The internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the software industry and be part of an innovative and dynamic team
