We are currently seeking a dedicated and versatile Project Lead to oversee the daily operations of our organization and play a pivotal role in driving our goals forward.
About the Role:
In partnership with the team lead, your role may include any of the following:
- Assist in project planning and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and make necessary adjustments.
- Handle secretarial duties, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and organizing files.
- Manage and optimize our social media presence, ensuring our message reaches a wider audience.
- Oversee human resources tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Provide support in organizing events, workshops, and other foundation-related activities.
- You will identify opportunities and incorporate feedback to improve the organization
- Identify and coordinate strategic partnerships
- Coordinating resources and creating project timelines to ensure on-time delivery in high quality.
Skills and Requirements
- You have at least 3 years of experience running an organization which achieved considerable success
- You have graduated with at least a 2:1 in an MBA/Healthcare Administration or a related course
- You have a track-record of leadership
- You are a problem solver and you’re able to find novel solutions to complex problems
- You’re very competitive and a go getter
- You are self driven, ambitious and enthusiastic and can work without close supervision
- You have strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent people skills
- Passionate about improving healthcare with your skill set
