In a surprising turn of events, former Minister of Sanitation and Water Resources, Madam Cecilia Abena Dapaah, tendered her resignation last Saturday. The Office of Special Prosecutor (OSP) arrested her on suspicion of involvement in corruption and related offenses.
The allegations against Ms. Dapaah stem from the reported theft of large sums of money and personal properties from her residence in Abelempke, Accra.
