Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP0 according to sources confirmed that two (2) bank accounts of embattled former Minister of Sanitation and Water Resources, Cecilia Abena Dapaah have been frozen.
These actions are part of investigations carried out by the OSP to ascertain why the former government appointee had such an amount at her home.
One of the accounts according to sources has $5 million, the other 48 million Ghana Cedis.

She resigned less than 24 hours after news of stolen cash and other precious items engulfed the media. She asserted that, she needed to co-operate fully with state agencies in order to ascertain the facts regarding the case.
She was believed to have kept millions of Ghana Cedis, $1 million and about 300,000 euros at her residence which were allegedly stolen by her house helps.
